Terms & Conditions

To cancel or reschedule your appointment please allow 48 hours notice. We respect your time and we ask you to respect ours. 

For any late cancellations, arriving later than 10 minutes to your appointment time or no show's total commitment fee of $50 will be forfeited. In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited.

In the event you are running late to an appointment please contact the clinic on 0467 814 755. With the remainder of your appointment, best efforts will be made to accommodate.
